Jason Presto, CEO
Born and raised in New Holstein, WI, Jason attended Ripon College where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Community Recreation & Psychology. He went on to earn his master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Performance Enhancement from Barry University in Miami, Florida. Later on he lived in Las Vegas where he completed an internship with an NBA training facility. Jason joined the Boys & Girls Club movement in 2008 as the Teen Director in Oshkosh. In 2011, he worked with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Washington County as their Director of Operations. Through the years he learned more about himself and he wanted leave his mark on the world, so realizing he could make a living by adding to the quality of life for young people, he was all-in. Jason enjoys spending most of his time with his beautiful daughters, Zoe and Ava, who are his world. He also enjoys golfing, boating, camping, and traveling.

Melissa Hilke, Director of Business
Growing up in Princeton, WI, Melissa was the youngest of 7 children. Her heart now resides in Ripon, WI for the last 27 years with her husband and son. Melissa graduated from Moraine Park Technical College with an Associates Degree in Accounting, Microsoft Office Suite Certification. She has worked in the business field for over 20 years and went back to school to earn a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management from Lakeland College. The opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the community that she lives in and a place that focuses on bettering the lives of the youth brought her to the Club. When Melissa is not at the Club she loves to spend her time with family. She loves to go camping, spend time on the lake, and watch movies & documentaries.

Mindy Collado, Director of Operations
Born and raised in Oshkosh, WI Mindy attended UW-Oshkosh where she earned a master’s degree in Transnational Human Services Leadership. Prior to joining our team Mindy worked for the Oshkosh Area School District as a their CLC Community Outreach Coordinator and worked for Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services, Inc. as their Youth Services Team Leader for 6 years! Her greatest achievement is becoming a national trainer. When Mindy is not at the Club, she loves spending time with her boys! When they are not busy running between sports games and events, they enjoy camping, hiking, and kayaking. When she does get time to herself, she loves to practice yoga, mediation, crafting, and baking.

Ashley Bartol, Special Events & Marketing Manager
Ashley has been involved with the Club on either a staff or board member level since April 2015 . She grew up in Omro, a neighboring community. She attended UW-Madison where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. Ashley has seen exponential growth in our impact since she started in 2015. “The Club works hard for the community and is a mentality that allows the Club to continue to make larger impacts in our community and beyond.” When not at work Ashley enjoys running her online business with her twin sister, spending time with family & friends, and enjoys discovering new coffee shops.

Eydie Reiser, Graduation Specialist
Eydie joined the Club in the summer of 2020. She was born and raised in Chicago, eventually relocating to Minneapolis where she attended North Central University and earned a bachelor’s degree. She then went on to earn her master’s in At-Risk and Alternative Education from Marian University. In 2005 she moved to Berlin with her family and has been involved with the Berlin Area School District in various capacities, including coaching high school volleyball for the past 13 years. She is proud to say that she co-coached a team to the State Volleyball Tournament at the Berlin High School in 2011. When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 6 children, coaching volleyball, singer, and most importantly a SHOPPER!

Angie Evans, Marketing Coordinator
Born and raised in Berlin, Angie went on to attend St. Norbert College where she majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Communication Studies. Angie has been with a Club since she was just a little girl. She is excited to be back with the Club and to make a difference to the families and surrounding community. When Angie is not at the Club she loves to jam with her Uke band, Ukulear Reaxion. She also loves to spend time with family and friends, play with her dog, Iceo, go to the gym, and enjoys the outdoors!

Emily Wammer, Berlin Site Coordinator
Emily grew up in Ashland, WI and later on moved to Ripon in 2018. She attended Ripon College and majored in Exercise Science: Human Performance and minored in Strength and Conditioning & Adapted Physical Education. She worked in the Ashland Parks & Recreation department in Ashland and later on wanted to work in a similar environment. She has heard great things about the Boys & Girls Club of the Tri-County so she inquired about a position. She is not only a triplet but is the oldest of her brothers. In her spare time she loves to take her dogs on walks, complete jigsaw puzzles, watch Wisconsin sports, and spend time with her family.

Emily Peerenboom, Green Lake Site Coordinator
Emily is born and raised in Little Chute, WI. She went to get her bachelor’s degree in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire. She is currently working on getting her master’s degree in Education from Marian University. She is student teaching with the Green Lake School District, which creates an even stronger bon with the Green Lake community. She is excited to provide the Club with experience and opportunities that are available within the Green Lake community. When Emily is not at work she loves spending time outdoors, especially spending time at her families cabin. She also enjoys time with family and friends!

I am fortunate to be able to work with the organization to continue to provide youth with a safe space when they may not have that safe space outside of the Club. I love being able to see the impact our organization has on the youth we serve. I feel privileged to be given the opportunity to continue working with the Boys and Girls Club of the Tri-County Area to continue to serve the youth and families in our community in whatever way they may need us!”
Robert Zache, Facilities Coordinator
Robert, also known as Bob, Mr. Bob, or Bobbo, joined the Boys & Girls Club of the Tri-County Area in July of 2016. Bob was born and raised in Glendale, Wisconsin. In 1989 he came to Berlin and joined the City of Berlin Police Department and retired in 2013. Bob is a great community advocate with a long history of supporting the Club. He is a wonderful addition to our team and always a positive impact on our Club members. In Bob’s free time he enjoys DJing for non-profit organizations, announcing sporting events for the Ripon School District, doing projects around the house, and also coaches for the Green Bay Packers, if screaming at your TV during the game counts.
