Melissa Hilke, Director of Business

Growing up in Princeton, WI, Melissa was the youngest of 7 children. She has worked in the business field for over 20 years and recently went back to school, at the age of 40, to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Business Account Management from Lakeland College. This personal drive brought her to the Club when she decided she wanted the opportunity to make a difference. “Bringing my strengths to the Club and helping in any way I can to support the mission of the Club and its impact on the community we live in was important to me.” In her spare time, Melissa enjoys camping with her husband and son, listening to music, watching movies and hanging out with family and friends.

It’s an amazing opportunity to be a part of something so big that if I can make a small difference somewhere, then that’s something. I am so proud to say that I work for this great organization and so fortunate to be a part of the Boys & Girls Club of the Tri-County Area.
