Community Programs

2025 Youth Recreation Opportunities! Registration is open to the public!

In addition to out-of-school time care, our Club provides opportunities for youth to engage in extracurricular activities.
These programs are open to all youth in the community; youth do NOT have to be traditional Club attendees to participate.

An Engine A Day

WHEN: August 4 – 8th 
WHERE: Teen Employment Center at the Ripon Site
TIME: 1:00pm – 2:30pm

*FREE auto workshop for youth ages 12-17. Please wear jeans and a solid color t-shirt with no holes, rips, or graphics. Close toed shoes are required. 

Adult Open Gym

WHEN: Every Tuesday
WHERE: Berlin Site
TIME: 6-8pm

*Open gym for ages 13 and up. Waivers are required and need to be signed upon arrival.  Participants under 18 must have waiver signed by a legal guardian prior to use. 

Pokémon Club

WHEN: Last Friday of the month
WHERE: Berlin Site
TIME: 6-7:30pm

*FREE club for youth ages 5-18 to battle and learn more about Pokémon. Bring your own cards or a deck can be provided for you.

Child and Babysitting Safety Course

WHEN: August 6th
WHERE: Berlin Site
TIME: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Fee: $50/per youth

*Teens can obtain their child and babysitting safety certification upon 4.0 hour completion of this course. Youth do NOT need to be members of the BGC group to sign up.
